The Joy of Reading Book Club meets once a month, usually the 3rd Monday. It’s casual, fun and welcoming. We always have lots to talk about!
Upcoming books and meeting:
April 21 is Inspired by Rachel Held Evans. Karen Johnson will be our host.
May 30/31 is Big Breath In by John Staley. Please note the dates. This will also be our 15th Book Club anniversary celebration at the Nancy Lake home of Gerry Noreen.
This year, we will take June and July off; Alaskan summers are busy!
August 18 is The First Ladies by Marie Benedict and Victoria Christopher Murray.

Lutherans love food! Join us after worship on the 2nd Sunday each month for brunch. Bring a dish to share if you want but it's not required. This is simply a time for conversation, laughter, and making connections with each other.
Join our group for crochet projects for a good cause. You can work independently or meet with the group once per month. Projects include prayer shawls for those in the hospital or extended care settings, hats for the Jump for Joy Kid's Closet, or other projects for our community.
