Fellowship Opportunities

We are so excited to begin more fellowship opportunities with you as we move towards the spring and summer months!

Stay tuned for our next bible study information and other planned summer activities!

Every Sunday we fellowship here at Joy before and after our 9:30am Worship service.

We also have a Saturday work group that gets together here each month, as well as a variety of other fellowship opportunities each month.

If you would like to host a fellowship group, please let us know by emailing us at [email protected]

Joy of Reading Book Club

The Joy of Reading Book Club meets the third Monday of the month at 6:30 pm. We have a light dinner, talk about the month’s book and get to know each other better.
December’s book will be “Running with Sherman” by Christopher McDougall. This meeting will be at the home of Betty Veldhuis on December 19th .
Coming up in 2023:
January - “Deaf Utopia” by Nyle DiMarco and Robert Siebert.
February – “The Reading List” by Sara Nisha Adams

If you have any good book recommendations for us, please let us know! We love to talk about books, and life in general. It’s fun and stress free – you don’t even have to have read the book! Please contact the office on 907-694-9601 if you would like any more information.

Intergenerational Events

During the year, we host various intergenerational events for all - both the young and the young at heart. Regardless of age, we can learn a lot about God, faith, and relationships from each other. At these events, we learn together and engage in various activities with the goal of learning and building community.
