Fellowship Opportunities

We are so excited to begin more fellowship opportunities with you as we move towards the spring and summer months!

Stay tuned for our next bible study information and other planned summer activities!

Every Sunday we fellowship here at Joy before and after our 9:30am Worship service.

We also have a Saturday work group that gets together here each month, as well as a variety of other fellowship opportunities each month.

If you would like to host a fellowship group, please let us know by emailing us at [email protected]

Joy of Reading Book Club

We will return to our normal, 3rd Monday night at 6:30 pm schedule in August. The book for August 15 is “The Final Case” by David Guterson and Nancy H. will be hosting.

September’s book is “The Lincoln Highway” by Amor Towles. It’s a thick one so you might want to get an early start on it! Lois L. will be hosting. October’s book is “Lessons in Chemistry” by Bonnie Garmus.

SPECIAL NOTE - November’s book will be “The Long Walk Home. Confessions on the Camino” by Marcia Wakeland. We are so delighted that Marcia Wakeland will be able to join us for the discussion. Mona ordered several of these books for us, and they are available at the church in the Narthex for you to borrow.

If you like to read and talk about books (or any anything else under the sun) please come to a book club meeting!

Intergenerational Events

During the year, we host various intergenerational events for all - both the young and the young at heart. Regardless of age, we can learn a lot about God, faith, and relationships from each other. At these events, we learn together and engage in various activities with the goal of learning and building community.
